How does ABT service work?

Contact us either by phone, email or social media messages. We will ask you to send through some photos of the spaces you are considering getting serviced. We will discuss idea's on what can be done and what your vision is for the completed space. Then we will provide an ESTIMATED cost of the labour.

If you decide to go ahead with the project, we will book a date for the home visit consultation then proceed to schedule the organising session.

How much does each space cost?

There are no two pantries the same because there are no two families or homes that are exactly the same, hence the cost varies.

Each space will required particular lengths of time, depending on a number of facts, including:

The goal you would like to achieve
The size of the space
The contents that are in this space
Either you want all brand new storage products or repurpose everything you have

Do I need to be present?

For home visit consultation's, YES you will need to be available, we can go through more details and understand the goal of the project.

For the organising session, it will be delightful to have you on board and work through the session with us, as together we can accomplish so much.

Of course this doesn't work for every family. If you have scheduled other work and need to attend, it is totally fine. You can trust our team to surprise you with a beautifully organised space once you return.

The choice is yours.

Do I need to provide storage products?

We can purchase all the required items (baskets/containers etc) on your behalf.

But we are more than happy to use whatever products/items you provide.

Do you work with NDIS or iCare?

Yes, we provide service to both NDIS clients and iCare clients.

It is best to speak with your coordinator or plan manager and get them to contact us to book the session.

If you are self manage participant, please feel free to contact us directly.

How do I pay for the service?

$150 deposit is to be made to secure your booking.

All outstanding payments for labour are required to be paid in full prior to the completion of the session.

Outstanding payments for products are payable within 3 days after the organising session.

We take Bank Transfer, PayID or Cash.

Do you charge travel?

ABT is based in Campbelltown/Camden LGA NSW. Travel cost may occur if you are outside these two council areas. Please have a look at my prices tab to find more information.
